• — All applicable MLS copyright and usage notices apply and must be observed

You may not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, or branding associated with Sable Realty Group or eXp Realty without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Site Content except for the limited license expressly set forth above.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

Termination

Entire Agreement
